This research letter discusses the Alabama Perinatal Quality Collaborative’s (ALPQC) efforts to increase the proportion of pregnant individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) receiving (a) the medication for OUD, (b) addiction services and (c) naloxone counselling by 20% within 2 years, while reducing racial and ethnic disparities in service delivery and care.
